This is an immersive and gamified remote professional development experience that models effective online learning strategies and provides opportunities for K-12 teachers to select their own path to success. Many opportunities are provided for teachers to experiment, reflect, and practice remote learning skills and technology to be better prepared for remote and hybrid learning environments. Emphasis is placed on building upon existing skills and tools to support and enhance classroom connections, community, collaboration, assessments, and motivation.
